Prerequisites
- Admin access to a Slack workspace
- A Gruplix account with at least one space created
Step 1: Initiate Connection
From your Gruplix dashboard, go to your space and click Add Platform → Slack. Click the "Connect to Slack" button.
Step 2: Authorize Gruplix
You'll be redirected to Slack's OAuth page. Select the workspace you want to connect and review the permissions Gruplix is requesting:
- View workspace information
- View channels and their members
- Post messages to channels
- View user profiles
Click "Allow" to authorize the connection.
Step 3: Configure Channels
After authorization, Gruplix will import your public channels automatically. For private channels, you'll need to invite the Gruplix bot to each channel you want to manage.
Connection Complete!
Your Slack workspace is now connected. You can view and manage channels from your Gruplix dashboard.
