Prerequisites
- A Discord account with server admin or owner permissions
- A Gruplix account with at least one space created
- The Discord server you want to connect must exist
Step 1: Navigate to Platform Settings
From your Gruplix dashboard, go to Spaces and select the space where you want to add Discord. Click on Add Platform and select Discord.
Step 2: Authorize with Discord
Click the "Connect Discord" button. You'll be redirected to Discord's authorization page. Select the server you want to connect and authorize the required permissions:
- Read server information
- Read channel information
- View members
- Send messages (for messaging features)
Step 3: Select Channels
After authorization, you'll be able to select which channels you want to manage through Gruplix. You can select all channels or specific ones based on your needs.
Connection Successful!
Your Discord server is now connected. Gruplix will sync your channels and members automatically.
Troubleshooting
Can't see your server?
Make sure you have admin permissions on the Discord server. Only servers where you have admin access will appear in the list.
